Healing Begins with HOPE
HOPE Family Health was founded in 2005 with the mission of providing affordable medical and mental health-care to all regardless of insurance status and ability to pay. HOPE is the only faith-based non-profit health center of its kind in this area. HOPE is a Federally Qualified Health Center treating patients throughout Middle Tennessee (Macon, Sumner and Trousdale counties) as well as southern parts of Kentucky.
HOPE Family Health has brought HOPE to thousands of patients.
HOPE Family Health seeks to improve access to medical and mental health-care in rural Middle Tennessee, with an emphasis on vulnerable populations such as the uninsured, under-insured, poor, homeless, children, migrant workers, and those addicted to substances. We seek to restore dignity, faith, HOPE, and health in those we serve by making them partners in the healing process and providing them with loving, compassionate care.
