Dr. Thomas F. Carter Park features a tennis court, basketball, swings, play gym and a covered pavillion for parties and shelter.
Westmoreland Veterans Memorial
The Westmoreland Veterans Memorial was made possible by the local chapter of The Westmoreland VFW to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice and continue to serve for our safety and freedom.
Mayor Ricky Woodard Community Park
Ricky Woodard Community Park features a pavilion fully equipped with electrical and lighting for special events. The local Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce built an outstanding concessions building to provide a safe and sanitary place for food and drinks.
